Emily Morse is the founder of EMC and a leading women’s health coach known for her 360-degree approach to fitness. She qualified as a Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach before beginning her career in group exercise, where she quickly recognised a major gap in the industry. Women were being placed into generic programmes without the individual support needed to achieve meaningful, lasting results. EMC was created to change that standard. Emily’s coaching integrates training, nutrition, lifestyle, and mindset to help women move away from all-or-nothing thinking and build strong, consistent routines that support real life. She believes true success isn’t just about reaching a goal, but about having the tools, structure, and confidence to maintain, protect, and sustain it long term.
Krissy is a women’s health coach known for her supportive, results-driven approach to fitness. She qualified as a Level 3 Personal Trainer with Advanced Nutrition credentials and began her coaching career working closely with women who felt stuck in cycles of restriction, inconsistency, and all-or-nothing thinking. Her coaching focuses on functional fitness, strength, and HYROX-style training, helping women build physical strength alongside confidence and resilience.
