Emily was great to work with, so lovely and always providing motivation to give me the push that I needed and very understanding of my goals. The 12 weeks flew by and I lost just over 4% body fat in the process, but most importantly I discovered that I really enjoyed feeling my strength and fitness improve rather than focusing on the weight lost.
