At Emily Morse Coaching, the focus is on helping women build strength, confidence and balance in a way that actually works with real life. Every client gets a fully personalised programme, weekly check-ins, and direct access to Emily through the exclusive EMC App and supportive WhatsApp community. Having already worked with hundreds of women, and with a community of over 100 like-minded women all on the same journey, you’ll always have the encouragement and accountability you need. This isn’t just about dieting or workouts, it’s about lasting change, learning what works for you, and finally feeling comfortable and confident in your own skin.

That’s absolutely fine. Emily Morse Coaching is designed for women of all levels, whether you’ve never set foot in a gym or you’ve been training for years. Your programme will be completely personalised to you, starting at the right level for your current ability and confidence. Emily will guide you through each phase step by step, teaching you proper form, technique, and building up gradually so you feel supported, safe, and capable. The aim isn’t perfection, it’s progress. Many women who join the programme are beginners, and with the right structure and encouragement, they quickly build the confidence to train, move, and feel stronger than ever.

Not at all. Your programme is designed around you, so if you prefer training at home, Emily will create a plan that works with the space and equipment you’ve got. If you do have a gym membership, your programme can be tailored to make the most of it. The aim is to make your training realistic and sustainable, so whether that’s at home, in the gym, or a mix of both, you’ll still be able to make progress and see results.

At Emily Morse Coaching, we keep things simple, there aren’t endless packages to choose from because every client receives a fully personalised coaching experience. Rather than offering “basic” or “premium” tiers, each woman gets the same high level of support: a tailored training plan, nutrition guidance, weekly check-ins, and full access to the EMC App and community. For ease and flexibility, we offer a six-month pay-in-full option, giving you the chance to commit to your transformation with one straightforward investment. This way, you know you’re getting everything you need for the best possible results, with no watered-down versions.

You can start whenever you’re ready. Once you’ve completed the enquiry form and had your call with Emily, your personalised plan will be created for you and you’ll have full access to the EMC App and community. There’s no set start date, you can begin your journey straight away.
